The GP was very understanding.
The length of time I had to wait to go in and see the GP was too long. It was approximately 30 minutes after my appointments time.

I was really unwell and could not get an appointment. I had to Que up out side to get an appointment with a GP and then when you do there are no appointment left improvement would be a better system for appointment.
No go being ill having to line up out side feeling unwell this system is not working.

The staff are courteous and friendly and have never been anything other than helpful.
I won't say it's a pleasure as it is never that to visit the doctors but they make it a fairly easy experience.

Might wait a wee while but you get listened to, get the DR's attention, get things explained and feel looked after.
